By booking a tour with AshtavinayakTourPackage.com, you agree to the following terms set by Pravas Sukhacha and Royal Holidayj.

Booking & Payments

• Tour Cost: The standard package cost is ₹6,500.00 per person, which includes accommodation, food, and AC transportation.

• Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after the initial deposit is received by Royal Holidayj.

Itinerary & Execution

• The Route: The 3-day circuit covers the 8 Ganpati temples, Jejuri, and Narayanpur, concluding with a return to Mumbai via Malshej Ghat.

• Changes: We reserve the right to alter the sequence of temple visits (e.g., Mahad, Pali, Lenyadri) based on local traffic or darshan timings to ensure a smooth journey.

Liability & Safety

• Environmental Fees: Lenyadri environmental fees are included in the package price.

• Personal Belongings: Royal Holidayj and Pravas Sukhacha are not responsible for the loss of personal items during the Yatra.

• Jurisdiction: Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations: If you cancel your seat for the Ashtavinayak Yatra, a cancellation fee may apply based on how close the cancellation is to the departure date.

• Refunds: Refunds are processed by Royal Holidayj and typically take 7-10 working days.
